As such, we accept returns only if items arrive with a defect not mentioned in the product description, and not for any other reason. We take great care to ensure our measurements, product details, and images are precise, so you can be confident in your purchase. We kindly ask customers to double-check their size, as we do not offer exchanges, except for items that do not match their description. By resisting the culture of disposable purchasing encouraged by companies offering free returns, both businesses and customers help reduce carbon footprints.

How to return a faulty item to us

If an item arrives in a faulty condition (not as described) and you wish to return it to us please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item. To do so please email us at: ellie@thevanitycase.com

In your email please let us know how the item is faulty – please provide a photo of the issue if possible. Let us also know whether you would like an exchange or refund.

We will get back to you as soon as possible to resolve any issues.
