Lovely simple textured chain necklace. This is a true vintage dead-stock item, with a thick layer of gold plate. Ideal length for layering with other chains!
Gold-plated jewellery should be handled with care in order to make the plate last as long as possible! It is primarily costume jewellery and the plate can wear away over time, but a gentle buff with a soft, non-abrasive microfibre or lint-free cloth should be enough to restore shine without scratching the surface. Keep it dry to avoid stripping the plating and don't expose to water / perfume.
