Absolutely stunning ostrich feather fan from the early 20th, or late 19th century made from natural ostrich feathers. The feathers are on celluloid sticks and guards made in the style of tortoiseshell. In wonderful condition considering this items age!! There are some minor scratches from use on the sticks and guards but barely noticeable.
